"new" machine

it is almost ironic that just after microsoft stopped supporting windows 98, someone gave me an old ibm pentium 2 thinkpad running windows 98. the cool thing is that it accepted my old 128mb ram stick and my wireless network card. in fact, i am composing this post on "tank" as we speak. poc is sitting right next to tank and the nameless pentium thinkpad is in the next room. never would've imagined having 3 thinkpads, but i'm not complaining. i'm tempted to scrap 98 on this one and go straight linux. perhaps the chief will point me in the right direction on this. perhaps tank will follow in the ways of meatloaf.

episode 1 of timeout4tech was released today. . .but feedburner isn't accepting it as media for some reason. still working on getting that straightened out.

more later. . .

peace and java
